  • Remove from pan and place on a cake dish.

How much baking soda? It’s not listed

    • Jordyn Lei September 10, 2018 at 1:29 pm - Reply

This recipe uses baking powder not baking soda. Thanks for writing.

Apologies for the error. I have corrected step 3. The recipe uses only baking powder. Thank you for pointing out the error. Have a beautiful day.

I’m confused by when you add the glaze. Per the directions the glaze will be on the bottom of the cake versus the top. I think I will take the cake out of the mold once it’s semi-cooled and then pour the glaze over?!

For a bundt cake, when you flip the cake out of the pan the bottom becomes the top. Thanks for writing.

Can bake it in a regular loaf pan i dont have bunt pan

      Hi Lorraine,

Yes, you can bake in a regular loaf pan but be sure to use a knife, inserted in the middle of the cake, to figure out when it is done. The knife should come out clean. A loaf pan may take a little longer to bake than a bundt pan.
