Below is a list of ingredients that can be found in one (or more) of Purium’s products that are assumed gluten-free (because their ingredients should not contain gluten) or because they have been tested gluten-free. Reminder for those who may not be aware… grasses are not supposed to contain gluten, if harvested properly, they do not contain gluten so even though you see “wheat grass” in the list of ingredients and may think, “hey, that contains gluten!” please be assured it does not. We’ve offered those that Purium tests, Kamut does contain wheat grass but because it is not tested for gluten, it is not included in the list of wheat grass containing Purium products. However, Purium’s barley grass is tested for gluten and we have been told this product is free of gluten.
